I have been relying on medication to sleep for more than 10 years. After using the UPH hydrogen ventilator for just one month, I said goodbye to insomnia and quit medication successfully!

For more than 10 years, I have had difficulty falling asleep without using sleeping aids. I often wake up after sleeping for more than 3 hours and find it difficult to fall back asleep.
