Avoid muscle soreness

The living environment of human beings has become increasingly inseparable from electrical appliances, especially mobile phones and computers. These are the sources of electromagnetic waves. Electromagnetic waves will disrupt the bioelectric current in the body and damage health. Every cell in the body needs its bioelectricity to maintain a positive and negative balance.
Once the bioelectricity is disordered and loses the positive and negative balance, the cell membrane cannot smoothly absorb nutrients and excrete waste, resulting in waste accumulation and poor blood circulation, causing traffic jams in some related parts of the blood vessels, causing soreness and muscle weakness. In order to support the weakened muscles, the relevant normal muscles need to overexert themselves, increase their contraction force, and pull the bones, thus causing the relevant muscles to tilt. In order to correct the tilt, other muscles must be overexerted, causing a vicious cycle. At the same time, pain will cause muscle tension, which will cause the blood vessels in the muscles to contract, and the already problematic blood circulation will worsen, exacerbating the vicious cycle.
This is the root cause of back crookedness and hunched backs in soreness.
As long as muscle fatigue is reduced and the original state is restored, blood circulation can be improved and a virtuous cycle can be entered. If you want to live a healthy life without soreness, you must regulate the disorder of bioelectric current.
